* The Govenor signed AB-749.  This bill requires residential care facilities for the elderly to have a comprehensive emergency plan by March 1, 2009 that ensures the facility can remain self-reliant for at least 72 hours following a natural disaster or emergency.

For residential care facilities, the recommendation is to have automatic transfer switches installed on the premises.  We can design and install these systems so that critical common areas and the residential areas will have an efficient and speedy transfer from grid power to generator power onsite.  We will have the proper equipment delivered that will provide clean power for both large and small communities.  Our electricians will provide hook up to ensure your facility will be self reliant for 72 hours following an emergency or disaster.
