Draeger Construction is a family owned and operated business, serving clients in California since 1976.  Under the leadership of John, Shawn and Jeffrey Draeger, along with the management of the Regional Vice Presidents, we now provide services nationwide.

Our niche in reconstruction began by repairing structures damaged by fire, water, vandalism and storms. Over time our clients requested our services for daily maintenance, repairs proposed in reserve studies, and complete renovations.

We differentiate ourselves by being licensed in the specialty trades.  This means we are licensed to perform work that other contractors have to sub out.  Having one point of contact throughout a project is more convenient and more cost effective. 

Because we investigate multi-family and commercial buildings daily for leaks, water damage, and safety concerns, experts in the industry rely on our expertise to help uncover hidden defects and structural problems.

We are active members in numerous trade organizations.  We hold positions on various boards, panels and committees.  We contribute articles and accept speaking engagements at industry events.  We offer our time to various organizations to help those less fortunate.
